Welcome to Mastercare. We have been an established business for 12 years.
We specialise in deep cleaning carpets both in the home and in commercial premises. We use the hot water extraction method; this system leaves your carpets dry enough to walk on almost immediately after cleaning.
We deep clean upholstery on site and also dry clean curtains if required.
Our prices reflect our standard of work, in that we are as competitive as possible whilst giving the best value for money that we can. Every job or contract is priced individually to meet the client's need.
We are able to put a number of machines and operatives into the field at any one time and very often work unsociable hours to minimise customer downtime.
We can supply references from any number of satisfied customers upon request, but our customer list includes, 5 star hotels, nursing homes, golf clubs, residential care homes, shops, schools and colleges, universities, restaurants, public houses, and of course very many private houses, both large and small.
Although our main area of operations is the north and central midlands, we can, and do, work further afield.

Do my carpets really need cleaning?
Yes. To get the best possible wear out of your carpets they need to be cleaned at least once a year. A clean carpet is also a healthier carpet.
Can I over-clean my carpets?
No. Frequent cleaning of the carpet will help to maintain its original appearance. It is recommended that well used carpets and areas of heavy soiling (like walkways, or doorways) are cleaned more frequently than other areas with lighter use.
How soon can I walk on my carpets after cleaning?
